20–30ml Hang-Hole Shaped Liquid Pouch for Hotel Toiletries & Cosmetic Samples

This small-format shaped pouch is built around hanging display and one-time dispensing. It uses a three-side-seal construction, with rounded corners or a bespoke die-cut outline, while a punched hole at the top lets it hang on hotel racks, retail hooks and supermarket end caps. A tear notch or zigzag opening lets the lotion be squeezed out directly without residue or dripping. Within the broader liquid pouch range, spouts, butterfly valves and zippers can be added for different fill viscosities and resealing needs.

The laminate may be PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE, with the exact structure and thickness set according to the product being filled and its required shelf life. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure, which supports spot colours, gradients and full-surface coverage with sharp detail and consistent colour. Regular fill volumes are 20–30ml, and 5ml to 100ml sample sizes are also available; bag width, bag height, hang-hole placement and shaped outline are all custom-made, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Common applications include hotel disposable toiletries, guesthouse and airline travel kits, cosmetic samples, shampoo and body wash trial packs, and e-commerce gifts. The pouches are suitable for lotion, shampoo, shower gel, essential oils and other low-to-medium viscosity liquids.
