Built for automotive antifreeze and comparable vehicle or industrial liquids, this 2 kg stand-up spout pouch uses a handled flexible format. Its milky-white PE laminate gives the pack a creamy look; at a 2 kg fill it stays easy to carry by hand, while the spout is used for pouring, so it works both on a workshop bench and on a retail shelf.
The pouch body is made from laminated material bonded in multiple layers. The milky film layer blocks light, which can benefit liquid formulas that are sensitive to it. Load-bearing and drop resistance depend on the combined strength of the laminate, while the inner layer must resist chemical liquids such as antifreeze without swelling or delaminating after extended contact.
Printing covers 1-8 colours, and capacity markings plus warning information can be printed directly onto the pouch face. Handle-hole style, spout diameter and pouch dimensions are adjusted to the fill volume, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
Listed uses include liquid packaging and automotive antifreeze. The same pouch format can also package household liquids such as laundry detergent, cleaners, disinfectant and shampoo.
