This flexible liquid pouch is built for measured filling of car glass cleaner, foam cleaner and comparable liquids. It can be supplied as a stand-up spout pouch or flat-bottom bag, with three-side or four-side seals that stay flat and tight to reduce leakage risk. Spout options include standard screw cap, flip-top and plug styles, plus an optional valve for easier pouring and repeated use. The spout opening size and bag dimensions can be matched to your filling equipment and target fill volume.

The pouch body uses laminated films such as PET, nylon, aluminium foil and PE. Depending on the liquid formulation, we select acid-resistant or high-barrier structures to balance stiffness, puncture resistance and seal performance. Gravure printing runs in 1-8 colours for clear graphic layers and consistent colour, with full-bleed backgrounds, spot matte effects and open white areas available. Common capacities span 100ml to 5L; 2 kg (4 lb) formats can be sampled against your reference, and matching roll film is available for customers filling on their own lines.

Typical applications include automotive care, household cleaning and industrial cleaning liquids, as well as other small-to-medium volume liquid filling. For customisation, send us your sample or artwork; we confirm material structure and print plan, then provide a pre-production sample for approval before bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop. Printing, lamination and bag making are completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, sample-based and artwork-based customisation are supported, and delivery follows agreed milestones.
