Built to order, this stand-up spout pouch brings hair dye, treatment cream, peroxide developer and perm lotion under one flexible format, with the 1 L size aimed at salon tasks that use larger amounts at a time. The pouch body combines aluminium foil, pure aluminium and laminated materials in a stand-up spout construction, allowing creams and lotions to be dispensed without difficulty and letting an operator draw product with one hand. Kody Packaging custom-manufactures in capacities from 1 to 1000 ml.
A stand-up base keeps the pouch stable on a worktop. Spout opening width changes how the fill behaves: a wider bore suits cream flow, while a narrower bore gives tighter control for lotions. The pure aluminium layer shields against light and oxygen, which is useful for liquids such as peroxide developer where ingredient stability matters. Foil and laminated layers work together to reinforce the pouch wall and reduce the chance of damage from squeezing or dropping. The screw cap can be reopened and closed, so a partially used pouch can still be sealed.
Printing is available in 1-8 colours. Fill volumes range from 1 to 1000 ml, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Customers can place the product name, shade number and usage directions on the panel, while bag dimensions, spout diameter and pouch style are set from the artwork.
As a liquid packaging pouch, it suits hair-care products including hair dye, treatment cream, peroxide developer and perm lotion. It can also hold daily-chemical liquids such as shampoo, conditioner and disinfectant.
Production takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling can be confirmed first from a customer's sample.
