1L Hand Sanitizer Refill Pouch with Spout | Dispenser Pump Liquid Packaging Bag

This liquid pouch is made for refill use with hand soap, sanitizer and comparable liquid personal care products. It can be produced as a stand-up pouch or a spouted pouch, with extra-strength seals on the bottom and sides to handle squeezing and transport without leaking. Depending on the filling setup, choose a dispenser pump, press pump or screw spout; the pump-to-opening fit is secure for steady dispensing and clean shut-off. Pumps may be supplied as a complete set, ready to fill or to connect with an existing bottle.

Common film structures include PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, with the barrier layer adjustable to the product being packed, so the pouch keeps a useful balance of stiffness and flexibility. Graphics are applied by 1-8 colour gravure printing for strong colour and consistent registration, with options for full-surface coverage or clear windows. Custom work can start from your sample or artwork. Standard volumes span 100ml to 5L; pouch style, dimensions, spout diameter and pump type can be adapted to your filling line and shelf plan. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical uses cover hand soap, no-rinse gel, antibacterial soap, disinfectant and other daily chemical or personal care liquids, plus liquid food and sauce packaging. The usual custom path is sample/artwork confirmation, structure prototyping, print proofing, bulk production and shipment follow-up.
