Built for small-dose colour cosmetics and lip products, this 15 ml spout pouch uses a shaped outline with a hang hole. The hole allows retail packs to sit on pegs or display rails and frees tray space; the spout is suited to thicker pastes such as lip balm, lip glaze and lip gloss, which can be dispensed and applied directly.

The pouch body is made from laminated material. Multi-layer lamination helps a thin construction keep a degree of stiffness and seal integrity. Because a small pouch gives seams less room for error, heat-seal settings must be adjusted to the film gauge. Whether the inner layer is safe in contact with a lip product is decided during material selection, so the customer needs to disclose solvents and oily ingredients in the formula.

Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours. With only 15 ml of surface area, artwork usually prioritises the brand's main colour and essential information, while longer copy can move to a header card or the outer carton. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
