10L Handled Liquid Pouch for In-Car Drinking Water, Emergency Storage & Custom Liquid Transfer

Designed around a 10L standard fill, this handled liquid pouch uses a three-dimensional bag format with strong four-side seals. An integrated top handle makes it easier to carry in vehicles or outdoors. The pour opening can be specified as a drinking spout, screw cap or valve; liquid flows smoothly, and the closure can be resealed after repeated use to help prevent spills. Filled bags stand securely, while empty ones fold flat for storage—useful for repeated filling, transport and portioning.

The bag body is made from multi-layer laminated film. Different barrier layer combinations can be selected to suit the contents, balancing mechanical strength, puncture resistance and seal integrity. Printing uses 1–8 colour rotogravure for saturated colour and stable registration, suitable for brand marks, instructions and warning messages. Regular capacities cover 1L–20L. Bag dimensions, handle position, spout diameter and seal width can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Common applications include in-car drinking water reserves, camping and emergency water storage, temporary filling and transfer of petrol and similar liquids, and liquid packaging in the household chemical, agrochemical and food industries. The customization route is sample or artwork first to confirm bag style and material, then proof approval, followed by bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Production is scheduled according to the confirmed process and quantity, delivered at agreed milestones, with same-material roll film supplied in parallel.
