1000ml Twin-Needle Handled Liquid Pouch for Tree Infusion & Fertilizer Filling

Built for field use in tree infusion and liquid fertilizer filling, this handled liquid pouch can be produced in stand-up or pillow formats. The integrated handle opening is designed for carrying and hanging. At the spout, a twin-needle connector is one option; a single spout, valve or screw cap can also be specified to match filling equipment. Four-side heat-pressed seals are used for a flat, leak-conscious finish, and the needle seat area is reinforced to help reduce damage during needle insertion.

Common substrates include PET/PE, PA/PE and aluminium foil laminates. The barrier level and film thickness are selected according to the contents, including puncture resistance and light-blocking needs. Graphics are applied by 1–8 colour gravure printing, which supports clear detail and consistent colour for brand visuals, instructions and specification marks. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L. Pouch dimensions, connector position and handle style can be adapted to your drawing, with customisation from samples or artwork and matching roll film in the same material also available.

Typical applications cover tree infusion, humic acid and amino acid liquid fertilizers, foliar feeds, water-soluble fertilizers and other agrochemical liquids, plus selected household and industrial liquids. For custom projects, send a sample or drawing; we then confirm material structure and artwork, produce a proof for approval, and move to bulk manufacturing. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop, with film blowing, printing and bag making completed in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery scheduled after confirmation.
