As the internal reservoir component of a sensor dispensing unit, this pouch is cut to the machine compartment size and sits flush against the housing. Gusseted and flat-bottom formats are the main options, with heat-sealed edges on all four sides for a strong, leak-resistant closure. The outlet can be fitted with a spout, one-way valve or quick connector, connecting reliably to the pump or sensor dispensing mechanism while helping reduce product residue and dripping.

The pouch body is usually made from food-grade PE and PET laminate: a heat-seal inner layer with a barrier middle layer, and aluminium foil or metallised structures can be added as required for greater chemical resistance and oxygen/moisture blocking. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, delivering stable colour and accurate registration, with customisation from samples or artwork. Standard capacities cover 400ml to 1000ml, while bag shape, spout diameter and film feed can be adjusted to the machine chamber. Matching roll film in the same material can also be provided.

These pouches are commonly used for hand soap, rinse-free sanitising liquid and disinfectant gel in liquid dispensing equipment, as well as refill applications in hotels, shopping malls, hospitals and public washrooms. For custom orders, the customer supplies a sample bag or drawing; we confirm material structure, dimensions and print artwork, then produce a sample for approval before bulk production.
