1000ml Light-Blocking Hanging Spout Liquid Pouch for Humic Acid Fertilizer Filling

The pouch’s structure centres on a hanging spout format. At the top, a reinforced hang hole and load-bearing strap allow direct suspension in orchards, greenhouses, or field stations. A bottom spout outlet with a screw cap lets users open, pour, and reseal repeatedly for dosing on demand. Four-side sealing creates flat, strong edges that resist leaks whether the bag is hung or standing. The 1000ml size is well suited to single-application use and is easier to transport and store.

For materials, the bag body uses food-grade laminated film, most commonly in PET/PE or PET/NY/PE structures. When light protection is required, a milky-white or aluminium layer can be added to reduce light exposure to active ingredients in liquid fertilizer. The inner PE heat-seal layer is selected for liquid filling and delivers a stable seal. Printing is 1–8 colour gravure, capable of full-surface backgrounds, graphics, and brand details. Capacities span 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, spout diameter, and strap position can all be tailored.

These pouches are often used to fill mineral-source humic acid liquid fertilizer, tree nutrient solutions, foliar fertilizers, and other liquid agrochemicals, as well as general water-based liquid products. The custom process is simple: send a sample bag or artwork, confirm the structure and material plan, approve a sample, then proceed to mass production.
