1000 ml Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Perm Solution, Hot-Oil Cream & Hair Gel

Built around 1000 ml measured dispensing for hair-care and salon treatment products, this stand-up spout pouch suits perm solution, hot-oil cream, moisturising hair gel and similar pastes. Even after a large fill, the base keeps it upright, while the screw-cap spout lets users control flow instead of releasing a sudden surge of product.

The pouch body is made from aluminium foil or pure aluminium. Both provide light blocking and barrier performance; pure aluminium is denser and offers stronger resistance to moisture and oxygen, helping limit oxidation of oils and moisturising ingredients in paste formulas. Heat sealing shapes the bag, and the spout is welded to the body so the seam is less likely to split under load.

Fill volumes range from 1 to 1000 ml, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout aperture and cap colour can be configured to order; artwork may be supplied by the customer or laid out for approval first.

Common contents include laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquid, plus body lotion, face masks, facial cleanser and general liquid packaging. The larger capacity is often chosen for salon consumables, household refills and bundled hair-care sets.
