For landscape-care liquid packaging, this large-tree nutrient infusion bag has a 1000 ml volume. Its body uses laminated material and is supplied with an infusion needle and lanyard, produced to customer requirements. Once filled with nutrient solution, the pouch hangs on the trunk, the needle enters the tree, and gravity lets the liquid seep in slowly.

When hanging for long periods, the laminated structure of the pouch must stay intact. Edge seals and the spout weld are the two critical points; how the lanyard connects to the pouch determines whether the load is spread evenly. The spout works as the outlet and mates with the needle, so the precision of that joint affects how steadily the liquid seeps out.
