These liquid pouches are engineered for filling free-flowing products such as garden liquid fertilizers and mineral-source potassium humate solutions. They can be produced as stand-up or flat-bottom bags, with clean, strong four-side seals. The top may include a spout, screw cap or one-way degassing valve; this valve releases pressure built up by temperature shifts or fermentation, reducing bulging and leakage while keeping pouring and resealing practical.
Pouch film is typically laminated from PET, NY, AL and PE. Popular structures include PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE, which balance barrier protection, puncture resistance and drop performance. The layer configuration can be tailored to the acidity or alkalinity, filling temperature and shelf-life target of the contents. Decoration uses 1–8 colour gravure printing, reproducing artwork, colour codes and layout from customer files. Standard fill sizes are 5 kg and 10 kg, with options from 1 kg to 20 kg when required.
Applications cover garden nutrient solutions, humic acid liquid fertilizers, liquid organic fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizer concentrates and selected chemical auxiliaries. The custom route generally starts with a requirement review, then sampling from your sample or drawing, material and print proof approval, bulk production, inspection and shipment.
