Designed for light-sensitive perm and colour formulas, this 1 L spout pouch uses a four-side-seal body with the spout placed at the top. Pure aluminium and foil form the barrier system, helping protect hair dye, colour cream and similar mixtures from light exposure. The sealed pouch sits flat and stays upright after filling, which simplifies carton packing. Kody Packaging produces it to order across a 1–1000 ml capacity range.
The pure aluminium ply is dense and blocks light, oxygen and moisture vapour effectively, reducing the risk that active ingredients are degraded by light. Its foil companion adds further barrier strength and stiffness. The laminated wall also provides good puncture resistance. Heat-sealed to the pouch body, the spout keeps a screw cap that can be closed after dispensing, limiting how long leftover cream is exposed.
Printing covers 1–8 colours. Capacities range from 1 to 1000 ml, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. Artwork layout, pouch dimensions, spout diameter and seal width can all follow customer drawings. Besides 1 L, other volumes inside the stated range are available.
As a liquid packaging pouch, it is mainly used for perm solution, hair dye and colour cream. It also suits shampoos, hair-care products, disinfectant liquids and other daily chemical liquids.
Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling is available before bulk production. For formulas with especially high light-sensitivity, the laminate can be adjusted at the sampling stage to increase barrier performance.
