This hangable spout pouch set is designed for tree nutrient delivery. The pouch integrates a spout and a hanging structure, and each set is supplied with an infusion needle and a lanyard. Mounted above the trunk or on a support, it allows liquid to feed into the tree over time, making it suitable for large trees, fruit trees and nursery stock care.
The pouch body is made from laminated material, chosen for a balance of strength and flexibility so it can stay intact under the weight of liquid during hanging. Its built-in spout acts as the liquid outlet and connects with the infusion needle to complete the flow path. The lanyard bears the weight of the filled pouch, allowing secure fixing to a trunk or support.
For specifications, the pouch holds 1000 ml and can be printed in 1–8 colours. Each set includes an infusion needle and a lanyard, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. Pouch style, spout position and lanyard length can all be decided according to your actual application.
It serves liquid and nutrient-solution packaging, with typical uses covering tree infusion, tree nutrient solution supply, plant rooting liquid, crop seedling liquid, fruit-tree cultivation liquid and twin-needle infusion setups.
The pouches are manufactured by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Production runs in sequence from lamination and pouch making through spout welding and accessory assembly. Samples can be made and approved from your supplied sample or artwork before bulk production.
