1 L Corrosion-Resistant Foil Spout Pouch | Four-Side-Seal Side Gusset for Hair Dye, Perm Solution & Shampoo

Built for hair dye, perm and wash-care liquids that need a 1 L fill, this spout pouch uses a four-side-seal layout with side gussets. Once filled, the gussets push out to both sides so the internal space is used more efficiently, and the pouch keeps a tidier profile even with 1 L of liquid inside.

The structure centres on aluminium foil and a pure aluminium layer. These metal layers block light and oxygen, while the inner film is treated for chemical resistance, helping reduce the chance of corrosion when formulas such as hair dye, perm solution and shampoo sit against the pouch wall. Four-side sealing gives consistent edge widths, and the gusset folds work with those seals to limit weak spots at the pouch corners.

Capacity is available from 1-1000ml, printing supports 1-8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Gusset width, body length-to-width ratio, spout specification and artwork can all be tailored to the customer's plan.

Typical applications include laundry detergent, cleaner, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquids, as well as other daily chemical and liquid packaging. Wash-care and hair-care products are often manufactured in the same plant, so using a single pouch format can simplify changeovers on the filling line.
