Built for automotive-care fluids, this 1 kg spout stand-up pouch combines a carry-handle body with laminated material and a top-mounted spout. Oil top-ups and coolant refills can be poured straight from the pouch, so no funnel is needed. When industrial-type liquids such as gear grease or coolant are packed in flexible pouches, each dose is easier to see and discarded packaging takes up less room. Kody Packaging produces the pouch to order in capacities from 1-1000Ml.
The pouch wall is a multi-ply laminate: separate layers handle abrasion resistance, barrier performance and heat sealing. The layer combination can be selected around the chemical profile of the fill to help reduce leakage and delamination. A stand-up base keeps the filled pouch upright; the upper handle allows one-handed carrying; and the screw-cap spout regulates flow. With the cap tightened, the pouch can be laid flat for storage without spilling.
Printing is available in 1-8 colours. Capacities span 1-1000Ml, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Bag format, spout diameter, handle style and artwork are finalised from customer drawings, and sizes other than 1 kg can be chosen inside the range.
For liquid packaging, the pouch handles lubricating oil, gear grease and coolant, and is also suitable for printing ink, latex paint, waterproofing material, disinfectant water and similar chemical or household-care lines.
Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Sampling can be completed before bulk output.
Because formulations differ, the laminate build is checked against a sample of the actual liquid before the order is released.
