This small-format spout pouch belongs to Kody Packaging’s liquid pouch bag family and is developed around children’s complementary food. A built-in spout allows purée, jelly and other semi-liquid foods to be squeezed straight into the mouth, so no bowl or spoon is required. The spout opening and pouch proportions are matched to small volumes, helping a child hold and drink more comfortably and removing the need for extra tableware when out.

The pouch body is made from laminated material, with the foil layer providing the barrier function and helping reduce the influence of light and air on the contents. The spout is attached by heat sealing; seal width and temperature are selected according to the film structure so the seam resists leakage. A stand-up base lets a filled pouch stand for shelf display, while carton packing can use a flat, stacked format.

Capacity covers 1–500 ml. Within this range, the final size can be agreed together, based on the contents and the filling line. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, whether full-surface graphics or designs with unprinted areas. Artwork layout, pouch dimensions, spout diameter and seal style are all customised to the supplied drawing. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

The stated uses are liquid food, jelly and juice. In practice, the pouch can handle children’s purée, jelly sticks, juice and yoghurt, and its keyword reach also includes fresh milk, beverage juice, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea and jam. Kody Packaging manufactures the product in Dongguan, Guangdong. The production route includes artwork approval, printing, lamination, curing, slitting and pouch making, with one set of process parameters carried through each stage.
