This food-grade printed spout pouch is built for filling juice — lemon, mango and orange — and it also handles carbonated soda. A stand-up base plus a capped spout let the bag run continuously on a liquid filling line, and filled pouches stay tidy when they are stacked and cased.
The laminate combines aluminium foil with pure aluminium. The foil layer screens out light and oxygen, while the denser pure-aluminium layer does more to hold aroma and vitamin-type components. Heat sealing bonds the laminate to the spout, and the seams are made to withstand filling pressure. Spout bore is matched to liquid viscosity and filling speed so the drink pours smoothly.
Fill volumes span 1-1000 ml, printing runs from 1-8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch dimensions and spout specification are all open to customisation; the panel has space for flavour markers and nutrition information, and colours keep their definition on a foil substrate.
Typical uses are all in liquid food: fresh milk, juice and beverages, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Drink chains, juice brands, and supermarket cold-cabinet channels are all realistic fits for this pouch format.
