This liquid pouch turns a bulk laundry detergent bottle into small, easy-to-handle packs. The stand-up body carries a top spout or drink-style nozzle, giving controlled pouring so users can stop before overfilling. Made with aluminium foil and laminated material, it combines light blocking with seepage resistance for concentrated detergent formulas. Kody Packaging produces it to order in 1–1000 ml capacities.
A stand-up fold at the base lets a filled pouch remain upright on a shelf or worktop. Inside the laminate, the aluminium foil layer blocks light and oxygen, helping reduce light-related effects on surfactant ingredients. The laminated layer bonds the foil to the inner ply and provides edge seal strength plus drop resistance. The spout is heat-sealed to the pouch and can be supplied with a screw cap that opens for dispensing and closes after use.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours, capacities range from 1–1000 ml, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Bag style, nozzle specification, pouch dimensions and artwork can be adjusted to customer drawings, and die-cut contours can create a more distinctive outline.
Applications cover liquid packaging. In addition to laundry detergent, the pouch suits cleaners, disinfectant water, shampoo, body wash, facial cleanser and body lotion, and is also used for sheet-mask essence and perm or hair-dye liquids.
Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand. Customer samples can be used for sampling, with bulk production started after approval.
