1–10 L Four-Layer Nylon-Aluminium-Plastic Four-Side-Seal Spout Pouch for Hydrogen-Rich Water & Drinking Water

Built on a four-side-seal format, this spout pouch uses a four-layer laminate that places a nylon ply within an aluminium-plastic structure. It is aimed at hydrogen-rich water and regular drinking water. The nylon contributes toughness, improving resistance to punctures and repeated flexing so that edges and corners are less likely to rupture during handling, loading and transport.

The laminate combines transparent film, aluminium foil and pure aluminium. Printing is applied to the outermost layer; aluminium foil and pure aluminium sit in the middle to block light and oxygen; the nylon ply lies between them to strengthen mechanical performance. Four-side sealing bonds all four edges in one operation, producing a squared pouch body that stacks neatly in cartons and uses carton space efficiently.

Capacity spans 1–10 L, printing supports 1–8 colours, and a spout with screw cap is available as an optional accessory. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore and clear-window position can be customised to buyer requirements, and pre-production sampling can be arranged for approval.

Typical applications include drinking water pouches, hydrogen-rich water pouches, draught beer pouches, soup pouches, milk pouches and juice pouches.
