The pouch body combines transparent film, pure aluminium and metallized film (VMPET). Pure aluminium contributes light-blocking and oxygen-barrier performance, while the transparent layer keeps the pack visually clear. Four-side seals give a firm, structured body; the penguin-style base extends slightly outward for better standing stability and less tipping when filled pouches are stacked.

Capacities range from 1–10 L. Printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. A spout and screw cap are part of the accessory set. Artwork, pouch dimensions and spout bore can all be customised.
