Solvent-Resistant Shaped Three-Side Seal Aluminum Foil & Metallized Pouches for Water-Based Inks and Dyes

These pouches are aimed at small-volume flexible packaging for liquid products such as water-based inks and water-based dyes. The construction starts from a three-side seal format and can be converted into a shaped outline based on an approved sample. Seals are flat and secure, making the pouch suitable for formulas that call for a solvent-resistant inner layer. Depending on the filling method, a spout, valve or tear notch can be added, and spout position and diameter can be adjusted to suit the filling line. Matching roll film in the same laminate is also available for automatic packaging equipment.

The substrate can be an aluminum foil laminate or a metallized laminate, built with an outer layer, a barrier core and an inner heat-seal layer. The inner layer is matched to the contents and can use a solvent-resistant formulation to help reduce attack from inks and dyes along the seal area. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, with artwork or sample colour matching, plus surface options such as matte finish, full coverage and spot varnish. Standard capacities cover 100ml to 5L; bag length and width, spout specifications and seal width are set according to fill volume and packing line requirements.

Typical uses include water-based inks, water-based dyes, pigment pastes and chemical additives packed in small to medium volumes. The customization process begins with confirming the contents and capacity, followed by a supplied sample, drawing or sketch. We then propose a structure and printing plan; once approved, the project moves to proofing and mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, in-house gravure printing and bag making, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and delivery against the confirmed schedule.
