Solvent-Resistant Aluminium Foil Spout Bags for 100ml–5L Construction & Chemical Liquid Filling

For chemical and construction-liquid filling, this foil pouch comes in stand-up and three-side-seal flat styles. Corner seals are reinforced, and a bottom gusset can be added when shelf stability matters. The dispense end may use a screw spout, flip-top spout or valve spout with inner plug. We match spout diameter and sealing method to your filling equipment to reduce leakage and residue, while allowing consumers to dispense multiple times.

The structure combines aluminium foil or metallised film with PET and PE plies. It blocks moisture and oxygen and resists common solvents and alkaline fillers. The innermost heat-seal layer is food grade and can contact product directly. 1–8 colour gravure printing gives clear graphics and stable colour; matt, gloss and spot-varnish finishes are available. Standard fill sizes range from 100ml to 5L. Film gauge and pouch dimensions are chosen according to fill weight and filling method. Same-structure roll film can be supplied as a companion item.

These pouches suit tile adhesive, waterproof leak sealant, construction A/B components, cleaners and ink solvents, plus agrochemical and personal-care sample packaging. Custom workflow: confirm pouch format and spout specification, submit artwork or a sample, approve the proof, then bulk production.
