Designed for refill and portion-pack formats of liquid hair care products such as shampoo, conditioner and hair softener, this stand-up spout pouch keeps a stable upright shape through its bottom gusset and presents neatly on shelf. Sealing can be three-side or four-side depending on the pouch style, with flat edges built with leakage prevention in mind. At the top, a screw spout or flip-top spout supports smooth dispensing and one-hand opening; a valve spout can also be fitted when filling-line or end-user requirements call for it.

The main structure uses aluminum foil laminate or metallized laminate, with common builds such as PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. The barrier layer and inner heat-seal layer can be adjusted to match the contents, helping balance light blocking, oxygen resistance and product compatibility. Printing is 1–8 color gravure, suitable for full-surface backgrounds, spot graphics and matt or gloss finishes, with customization from supplied samples or artwork. Pouch sizes and volumes cover 100ml–5L, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.

Typical uses include hair care and personal care liquids, hotel amenities and refill packs, as well as comparable liquids such as body wash and laundry detergent. The customization process moves from requirement discussion and sample or artwork confirmation to sampling and then bulk production. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery arranged according to the confirmed specification and quantity.
