Pure Aluminium Side-Gusset Vacuum & Centre-Seal Pouches for Tea, Dry Goods & Grain Powders

These pure aluminium side-gusset pouches are made for both vacuum and centre-seal packing, with a fill range of 1–500 g. The pouch body uses a foil and metallized film laminate, making it suitable for tea, dried foods and grain powders. After vacuuming, the side gussets fold inward with the body while the pouch keeps a flat profile.

Structurally, gussets on each side create thickness room for the contents, while a rear centre seam joins the two webs; heat sealing closes the cavity. The aluminium foil layer delivers high barrier, and the metallized layer focuses on light exclusion, so the combination can be adjusted to a product's shelf-life needs. In vacuum applications, the inner seal strength and pouch flexibility are central to maintaining vacuum.

Fill volumes span 1–500 g. Printing is available in 1–8 colours. Artwork, copy and colour matching follow customer files; bag dimensions and gusset width are customised to order. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with factory production arranged per order.

Typical uses include tea packaging, food packaging and powdered food packaging: grain powders, meal-replacement powders, dried goods and tea can all be filled. This format is practical for items that require light and moisture protection while limiting bulk.
