This three-side-seal laminated pouch is produced to order at a Dongguan factory for cosmetic sheet mask and eye mask packaging. Because lamination through to finished pouch stays under one roof, specifications and artwork approvals follow a shorter, more direct route.

Pure aluminium foil is the primary web, with metallized film available as an alternative. Foil's dense structure delivers reliable protection from light, oxygen and moisture vapour, while a metallized layer provides barrier performance at a more controlled cost. The laminate combines a printed outer layer, a barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film; the width of the three side seals is determined by fill weight.

Printing can be run in 1–8 colours, with graphics and copy built from the customer's artwork files and colour approved against a proof. Bag dimensions are fully made to order, including pouch size, seal style and tear-notch placement. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suitable for brands and trading companies starting with small-to-medium runs.
