This milky-white metallized pouch is built in a three-side-seal flat-mouth format and is usable as inner packaging for face masks, powders, medicines and food. Its warm off-white base helps printed colours stay close to the design proof, especially on pale artwork.
For barrier performance, choose either aluminium foil or a metallized laminate, depending on what the contents need. Foil blocks light and moisture, while the metallized film adds a metal-deposited barrier. Artwork sits on the outer printed film, and the inner heat-seal layer forms the closure. The milky tone is usually created with a white or spot-colour base on the surface film, giving a contrast against the silver foil.
Printing can run from 1 to 8 colours. Sizes are custom: for a flat pouch, length, width, seal width and whether to add a tear notch can all be discussed. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, which suits repeat-volume projects such as sheet mask pouches and powder pouches.
Typical uses cover sheet masks, eye masks, and personal care, cosmetic and skincare packaging. The powder, medicine and food pouch terms show the format can serve several industries, but the inner layer still needs to be confirmed against the actual contents.
