Built for coupling gel used in ultrasound exams, this spout pouch is labelled in both grams and millilitres — 16 g, 20 ml and 50 g are typical — and the pouch body spans a 1–50 g fill range. Gel comes out with a one-hand squeeze, so no tear-open step is needed before applying it to the probe or skin, and a single dose is easier to control.

The pouch is built from aluminium foil and metallized laminate. Its outer layer supports printing and mechanical protection; the middle barrier layer blocks light and slows gas and moisture vapour; the inner layer preserves heat-seal strength and stability during prolonged contact with gel. With those roles separated, the pack remains reliably opaque, and the walls rebound after squeezing rather than keeping a crease.

Fill volume is selected between 1–50 g to suit the actual dose. Printing is available in 1–8 colours and can include an institution name, product name, batch panel and directions. Spout diameter, pouch length and width, plus details such as hanging holes or notches, are confirmed to order; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

The main application is portioning medical coupling gel and gel made for B-ultrasound, and the same pouch also works for blood-glucose test packaging.
