Designed for ultrasound departments, this spout pouch holds coupling gel in fill volumes from 1 g to 50 g. Because ultrasound gel is highly viscous and moves slowly, squeeze dispensing through a spout suits the product and lets clinical staff meter the amount needed for each scan.

The pouch body is a laminate that combines aluminum foil with metallized film. The foil layer provides the main barrier; the metallized layer adds light protection; the inner heat-seal film creates a continuous seal around the spout base and along the pouch edges. Finished pouches also need to tolerate filling pressure plus later handling and stacking.

Available volume range: 1–50 g. Pouch dimensions and style are customized, printing can be 1–8 colors, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Customers can select pouch size and spout placement to match their filling equipment; sharing filling speed and gel viscosity early helps the factory evaluate the build.
