Medical Ultrasound Coupling Gel Foil Spout Pouch | 16 g / 20 ml / up to 50 g Sterilizing Gel Pack

This spout pouch is designed for sterilizing ultrasound coupling gel used in medical scans. The usual labels are 16 g and 20 ml, and the fill range reaches 50 g. Single-dose packs let examination departments grab and replace units quickly while reducing gel left over after opening.

The pouch body uses an aluminium foil (AL) and metallized VMPET laminate. The foil layer blocks moisture and oxygen, and the metallized layer provides light protection. The spout is heat-sealed to the pouch root; that seal is the key point for preventing leaks when the pack is squeezed.

Labels can be 16 g or 20 ml, with a volume range of 1–50 g. Bag dimensions are custom-made, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch length and width, spout diameter and printed content can follow the customer’s filling line.

Applications include medical coupling gel, B-scan ultrasound gel, blood-glucose test packaging and medical gels that need small-portion dosing. Stocking small formats by scan volume makes replenishment and inventory pressure easier for departments to manage.
