This medical spout pouch is made for portioning coupling gel in ultrasound departments and B-scan exams, with a fill range of 1–50 g. Its spout allows gel to be squeezed out directly, cutting down hand contact with the contents and supporting single-dose use in consulting rooms and examination departments.

The pouch body uses an aluminium foil and metallized film lamination. The foil layer delivers oxygen and moisture barrier, while the metallized layer blocks light and creates a metallic appearance. The spout-to-pouch joint is the critical sealing point and must match the film's heat-seal performance to prevent leakage during squeezing.

Pouch dimensions are customized, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Spout diameter, pouch size, and printed content can be finalized around the customer's filling method and usage habits.

Applications include medical coupling gel, dedicated B-scan ultrasound gel, and blood-glucose test packaging, plus other medical gel products dispensed by squeezing. After filling, the spout pouches usually need to be pressed again or screw-tightened before cartoning.
