Built for ultrasound exams where each gel dose is small, this medical foil spout pouch includes a 16 g format and can be customised across a 1–50 g fill range. That allows one pouch style to cover several single-dose sizes. Gel is dispensed straight from the spout for application, eliminating the tear-open-and-transfer step and making the amount used per scan easier to control.

The pack is a spout-type flexible pouch: the laminate is heat-sealed into shape before the spout is fitted. Aluminium foil adds light blocking and high barrier, while the metallized option also blocks light and lowers pouch weight. Since the inner layer touches the coupling gel, it must seal securely and resist delamination when gel is squeezed out. If filled pouches go through a sterilisation stage, bag making should leave headroom for adjusting seal-edge heat-sealing parameters.

Fill volume is selected within 1–50 g, and printing supports 1–8 colours. Product name, specification, directions and batch information can all be carried on the artwork. Pouch dimensions and spout diameter are determined by the filling method and the gel condition, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
