Built for single-dose gel delivery in ultrasound rooms, this 16 g spout pouch can be filled anywhere from 1 g to 50 g. Clinicians dispense coupling gel straight through the spout, so there is no need to tear the pouch open. The pack body is offered in aluminium foil or metallized laminate, both chosen for light blocking and barrier protection.

How it is made: the flexible laminate is heat-sealed into a pouch cavity, and a spout is welded into the opening. Light, some gases, and moisture vapour are held back by the foil layer; a metallized construction achieves similar light-blocking performance with a thinner material stack. Because the spout root and seal edges control leakage, bag-making uses dedicated temperature and pressure profiles.

Specification: Fill weight can be selected within 1–50 g according to the actual dose. Artwork can be printed in 1–8 colours, and both layout and colour references can be customised. Spout diameter, pouch width, and pouch length are matched to the filling line and gel viscosity. Orders start at 10,000 pcs.
