For cosmetic sheet-mask and eye-mask packaging, this three-side-seal pouch pairs a matt outer surface with a pure aluminium foil core. The low-gloss finish reduces glare under retail lighting and gives a soft-touch feel, a profile often selected for understated premium beauty packaging.
Choose between pure aluminium foil and metallized film. Dense aluminium foil delivers high barrier to moisture, oxygen and light; a metallized layer provides barrier performance plus a metallic appearance at a cost-conscious level. A typical laminate combines printed surface film, aluminium barrier layer and inner heat-seal film; seal width on the three sides is specified to support the filled weight.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours, with colour matching and layout based on the brand's artwork. Bag dimensions are custom, including length-to-width ratio, rounded or square corners and tear-opening style. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and a sample pouch can be made before mass production to verify finish and colour.
