Made by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, this gusseted centre-seal pouch is built for sealing scented tea, tea and food. Its exterior uses matte metallized film laminated with a pure aluminium barrier layer. The matte surface minimizes glare under retail lighting, helping printed graphics suit the clean, understated look often chosen by tea brands, while the gusseted centre-seal construction balances rigidity and fill capacity.

In the laminate, the matte metallized film serves as the outer face, contributing appearance and partial light blocking, while the pure aluminium layer delivers moisture and oxygen resistance. The centre seal is positioned on the back panel, and side gussets allow the pouch to open into a squared form. This shape remains recognizable even after vacuuming.

Dimensions are customized to order. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Matte level, pouch length and width, gusset inclusion, and vacuum capability can all be arranged according to project requirements.

Typical applications include tea pouches and scented tea portions, as well as vacuum food pouches, cooked-food freshness bags and sheet-mask pouches. It is especially suitable for dry goods that require stable storage. Gusset width can be fine-tuned by fill volume, so the bag keeps a squared profile even when packed fuller.

The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, where lamination and bag making take place on the same site. Customers can send a reference pouch or specification for sampling, and bulk production begins after approval.
