Matte Foil Centre-Seal Food Vacuum Pouch with Gusseted Inner Sides — 1–500 g Custom Printed for Scented Tea

This matte-finish vacuum centre-seal food pouch is built for 1–500 g fills. The body combines aluminium foil with metallized laminate, closes with a back centre seam and includes gusseted inner sides. It is suitable for scented tea and other food products, and the surface accepts full-colour artwork plus a custom brand logo.

The centre seal runs down the back of the pouch. Once filled, the side gussets open outward and turn a flat bag into a three-dimensional pack with depth. A matte surface changes both touch and light reflection; together with the metallized layer, it limits light exposure and gives a different look from standard gloss laminates. Because the gusset heat-seal areas carry more stress than the flat panels, sealing settings during bag making are controlled more carefully.

Fill capacity spans 1–500 g. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, so full-colour layouts and brand marks can be produced from customer artwork. Pouch size, gusset width and structural details are made to order, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.

Typical uses include tea packaging, food packaging and powdered-food packaging. Scented tea, dried flowers and powdered foods are common fills, and a matte pouch face is often selected for mid-to-high-end shelf presentation.
