Built for tea packers, this stand-up foil pouch covers fill weights from 100 g to 1 kg. Tea loses aroma when exposed to light, air, and moisture, so the construction pairs a foil barrier with an inner heat-seal layer to keep the leaf in good condition from filling through to the last brew. The stand-up base allows the filled pouch to sit upright for retail display and storage, while an optional top zipper lets buyers reseal the pack after each use.
The laminate combines foil, PET, and PE: the foil layer delivers barrier performance against light and oxygen, PET contributes stiffness and printability, and PE acts as the heat-seal layer. Common capacities run from 100 g to 1 kg, printing supports 1–8 colours, and the format can be a flat-bottom stand-up or a standard stand-up pouch with a zipper. For tea packed warm, a degassing feature can be specified; pouch dimensions, film gauge, and zipper or valve format can be tailored to the fill weight and packing line. Branding and origin details can be placed on the front panel, with brewing instructions on the back.
