Combining a stand-up pouch format with liquid dispensing, this pack is positioned for medical reagents and a range of liquid products. A bottom gusset lets the filled pouch stand upright, while the top can be fitted with a spout or valve for pouring, dripping or measured dosing. The spout base and pouch opening are heat-sealed, and the side and center seals are finished flat and firm to help lower leakage risk. It is a practical choice where light protection, barrier performance and portability are required.
Material selection depends on the contents: aluminum foil laminates or metallized laminates are both available, with common structures such as PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. These balance barrier properties, light protection and heat-seal strength. Printing is done by 1–8 colour gravure, giving rich colours and allowing matte or glossy surface finishes. Pouch style and dimensions can be adapted, volumes span 100ml–5L, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automated lines.
Typical uses include medical reagents, pH analysis liquids, 75% alcohol, care liquids, household chemicals and industrial liquids, as well as sample packing that calls for light and barrier protection. For custom work, samples or drawings are accepted; production starts after the pouch style, material, volume and artwork are confirmed.
