Built for chemical liquid filling, this stand-up pouch remains stable once filled. A folded bottom and four-side heat-laminated seals help prevent corner splitting. At the top, the screw-cap spout can be fitted with an anti-counterfeit inner plug or a one-way valve, so liquid pours smoothly and stops cleanly; the cap can be opened and closed with one hand. Handle, slanted shoulder, flat shoulder and external straw versions are also available for direct end-user access.

The pouch body is a multilayer laminate of aluminium foil with PET, NY, PE and similar films. The foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, while the inner heat-seal layer resists acids, alkalis and common solvents. Gravure printing supports 1–8 colours for large solids, gradients and fine text, with strong ink adhesion that resists flaking. Standard fills range from 100 ml to 5 L; 5 kg packs typically use thicker film and reinforced seals, and matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied.

Typical applications include lawn paint, boundary marking coatings, waterproof coatings, inks, cleaning agents and other chemical liquids, covering packaging, storage and transport.
