High-Barrier Aluminum Foil Spouted Stand-Up Pouch for Low-Deuterium & Hydrogen-Rich Water

Built around a stand-up pouch format, this pack uses a gusseted bottom to stand upright on shelves, while its edge seals—available as three-side or four-side seals—deliver a flat, durable closure. The top can be configured with a screw spout, flip-top spout, or one-way valve, making it appropriate for low-deuterium water, hydrogen-rich water, and other liquids that need protection from oxygen, evaporation, or backflow. Add-ons such as handles, tamper-evident zippers, and straw holes are possible. Spout diameter, opening position, and pouch dimensions are re-engineered around your filling equipment.

The laminate is commonly PET / aluminum foil / nylon / PE or CPP. Aluminum foil provides light, oxygen, and moisture barrier, while the food-grade heat-seal inner layer is the direct contact surface for liquids. A plasticiser-free option helps reduce odour migration. Printing is done in 1-8 colour gravure, with matt, gloss, spot varnish, and QR coding available. Standard fill volumes range from 100ml to 5L; pouch width and spout diameter are matched to the filling line, and matching roll film in the same structure can also be supplied.

Applications include low-deuterium water, hydrogen-rich water, enzymes, juice puree, concentrates, sauces, and household liquids, for either chilled or ambient distribution. Custom projects begin with a requirement discussion, followed by sampling after the pouch shape and spout are confirmed; plates can be developed from your physical sample or artwork, and once the sample is approved, printing, lamination, and bag making proceed. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and includes a Class 10000 clean workshop. Gravure printing in 1-8 colours is completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production and shipment follow agreed contract milestones to reduce waiting time.
