Built for small-format food packs from 1–100 g, this three-side-seal flat pouch uses a heavy-gauge pure aluminium foil laminate and includes a tear notch at the top edge for opening by hand. It supports vacuum packing for snacks and cooked foods, while the reinforced film helps resist punctures from sharp corners during stacking and shipping.

In construction, two laminate webs are heat-sealed along three sides, leaving one side open for filling; the fourth seal is made after the product goes in. The pure aluminium foil core acts as the main barrier against light, oxygen and moisture vapour, supporting a longer flavour-retention window. The heavier structure also adds stiffness so the pouch keeps its shape after vacuuming instead of creasing or collapsing.

Fill weights can range from 1 g to 100 g. Printing is available in 1–8 colours, with graphics, colour codes and registration produced to the customer’s artwork. Pouch dimensions, tear-notch placement and opening direction are customisable. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, making this format suitable for food processors and packers with regular production batches.
