This heavy-gauge laminated pouch uses a three-side-seal flat format and targets small-format personal care packs such as sheet masks, tea samples and shampoo trial sachets. The heavy-duty feature comes from a higher total laminate thickness, giving the finished bag more body so it stands up better after filling rather than collapsing.
Converters can choose aluminium foil or metallized film as the functional layer. Foil blocks light and moisture vapour, while the metallized option contributes a metal-deposited barrier; a printed outer film and a heat-seal inner layer complete the laminate. With the thicker construction, the material withstands puncture more effectively through bag-making, filling and shipping, making it a practical fit for trial fills that contain granules or alcohol.
Printing is available in 1–8 colours, including full-surface graphics based on the brand's artwork. Dimensions are custom, so for a flat pouch the length, width, seal width and tear-notch option can be specified. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, suitable for sampling campaigns and small tea packs that require a defined production batch.
