Hair Dye & Tonic Liquid Packaging in Custom High-Barrier Aluminum Foil Spout Stand-Up Pouches

This spouted stand-up pouch is aimed at hair dye, reducing acid/tonic formulas and other paste or liquid personal care products. Its bottom-seal stand-up base uses a widened gusset, lowering the centre of gravity so filled packs stay upright on shelf and can be squeezed with one hand. The screw-cap spout can be placed top-centre or offset, with the orifice matched to fill viscosity so both thick pastes and thin liquids dispense smoothly. The spout is heat-welded to the pouch, and reinforced side seals help reduce leakage when packs are compressed in transit.

In terms of materials, the pouch laminates aluminum foil with PET, nylon and other substrates, then adds a food-grade PE heat-seal inner layer for a high barrier against oxygen, moisture and light. This makes it suitable for formulas with stability requirements. The exterior can follow a plain foil or metallized laminate direction, and the surface accepts 1-8 colour gravure printing that reproduces brand colours and gradients. Standard capacities cover 100ml–5L. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width can all be adjusted to a drawing or physical sample, and matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied as well.

Beyond hair dye and reducing acid/tonic liquids, this packaging also fits hair serum, laundry detergent, sauces, juices and retail or refill packs.
