Four-Side Seal Spouted Aluminum Foil & Metallized Pouches for Hydrogen Water and Mineral Water

Designed for liquid filling, this four-side-seal spouted pouch has all four edges sealed separately, creating a flat, supportive seal profile that helps the pack keep its shape after filling. A food-grade spout sits at the top and can be paired with a standard screw cap or a tamper-evident cap with a pull ring; for hydrogen water and other liquids that may build internal pressure, an optional one-way degassing valve can be added to release it. The format can stand upright or lie flat, and spout position and body proportions can be adjusted to suit the filling line, making it easy to integrate with automatic filling and capping equipment.

Common laminate options include PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. The aluminum foil layer blocks oxygen and light, while the metallized layer balances light protection with cost; the inner layer is a food-grade heat-seal resin designed for direct liquid contact. Printing uses 1-8 color gravure technology for custom logos, graphics and text, with matt or gloss surface finishing available. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, spout diameters of 8mm, 10mm and 16mm are offered, bag dimensions are matched to your filling equipment, and compatible roll film in the same structure can also be supplied.

Typical uses cover hydrogen water, mineral water, juice, plant-based beverages, sauces and liquid detergents, as well as portable small-format packaging for outdoor and sports scenarios. The custom process is straightforward: provide a sample or artwork, confirm the material structure and dimensions, then move to sampling; a filling test can be arranged before mass production.
