Food-Grade Foil and Metallized Spouted Stand-Up Pouch for Cream and Fresh Milk Filling, 100ml–5L Custom Packaging

This packaging option is aimed at mid- to high-end food and beverage products. It uses a stand-up pouch design with a widened bottom gusset, so the filled bag can stand upright on retail shelves and in chilled cabinets. The pouch is heat-sealed around the edges and can be produced in three-side-seal or four-side-seal construction. The top can be fitted with a spout, screw cap or one-way valve for automatic filling of liquid and semi-liquid products such as cream and fresh milk; it can also be supplied without a spout in a standard sealed format for in-store portioning and delivery.

The laminate is made from food-grade aluminum foil or metallized composite film, with common structures such as PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. Layer combinations can be adjusted according to the filling and barrier needs, balancing light protection, moisture resistance and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure, suitable for full-surface backgrounds, gradients and multi-colour spot overlays, with clear graphics and consistent colour. Pouch dimensions and fill volumes are customizable, normally covering 100ml–5L. Matching roll film in the same material is also available for automatic packaging lines.

Typical uses include dairy, bakery ingredients, beverage chains, sauces and liquid household products, such as cream portions, fresh milk delivery, juices and syrups. For customization, customers can provide a sample pouch, drawing or artwork; after the structure and print plan are confirmed, we make a sample for approval, then proceed to bulk production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and has a Class 10000 clean workshop. Film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making are all completed in house. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with batch delivery according to the confirmed schedule.
