Foil & Metallised Three-Side Seal Pouches for Face Masks

Kangdi Packaging supplies foil and metallised pouches built around sachet-scale formats, mainly three-side seal and back seal constructions. Depending on the filling line, we can add a spout, a one-way valve or a press-to-close zipper, together with a tear notch and rounded or straight-cut edges. Seals run flat and even, so the pouches feed reliably through high-speed automatic fillers as well as semi-automatic lines. Every export order is packed for full-container shipment, with cartons labelled to your warehouse or distributor requirements.

Laminates are specified according to the fill and the shelf-life target: OPP/CPP, OPP/VMCPP, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE are the most common builds. Aluminium foil layers deliver high barrier and light blocking, while metallised film balances cost against appearance. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Standard pouch sizes run from 80×120 mm to 200×300 mm, and matching roll film is available in the same artwork.

These pouches serve cosmetics, personal care, food and nutraceutical programmes — face masks, serums, wet wipes, powders and instant drinks among them. Customisation starts with your samples or drawings: we confirm artwork, build a proof, seal the approved sample and move to bulk, developing cylinders and tooling to the drawing. Production runs in our cleanroom plant in Dongguan, Guangdong, under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 management systems.
