Inner PE or CPP sealant films are chosen for compatibility with ink, toner and chemical fills, supporting both seal integrity and corrosion resistance. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear detail and consistent colour; matt, gloss and spot varnish finishes are optional. Capacities span 100ml to 5L, including familiar 1L ink pouches and 2KG toner bags, with thickness and pouch style set by the product's characteristics.

The custom route begins with a sample or artwork to lock the structure and material; after proof approval, production is scheduled, with 1-8 colour gravure printing arranged in the same run.
