Foil & Metallised Stand-Up Pouches for Industrial Adhesives | High-Barrier, Oxidation-Resistant, Custom-Made

Built for industrial adhesives and other viscous products, this stand-up pouch uses a bottom gusset that keeps the pack standing squarely on the shelf and stacking tidily in cartons. Sealing is available in three-side or four-side formats, and both can be run with wider seal bands and reinforced side seals so filled pouches resist leakage and seam splitting. The pouch mouth may be left plain, or fitted with a press-to-close zipper or a spouted nozzle; where controlled dosing matters, a valve or dispensing fitment can also be incorporated, simplifying both filling on the line and dispensing at the point of use.

Material choice follows the product being filled. Typical builds include PET/foil/PE and PET/metallised/PE. The aluminium foil layer acts as a light, oxygen and moisture vapour barrier, and it is paired with an inner sealing film that delivers strong adhesion and chemical resistance — a combination that helps limit oxidation, surface skinning and premature curing of the adhesive. Branding is reproduced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles both solid brand colours and fine detail. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, and pouch width, pouch height and nozzle diameter can all be matched to your filling equipment.

Hot melt glue, sealants, structural adhesives, industrial glues and certain lubricating greases are all commonly packed and shipped in these pouches. A custom order normally moves through three steps: confirm the application and target volume, settle the laminate structure and film thickness, then produce sample pouches for filling and sealing trials. Customer-supplied samples or artwork are both acceptable starting points, and roll film in the same material can be supplied as a companion item. Manufacturing takes place at our Dongguan, Guangdong facility in 10,000 class clean rooms, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
