The pouch is a flat, straight-top style with no zipper or handle. Its smooth panels and single straight top edge let it run on form-fill-seal equipment for automatic bag pickup, filling and sealing; after filling, one cross seal completes the pack. No rigid parts are added, so the bags pack flat, stack tightly in cartons and take up less shipping volume.
Aluminium foil forms the barrier core of the laminate, blocking light, moisture and oxygen. That makes it a strong fit for powders and granules that must be kept away from light and damp, including powder blends, instant drink mixes and granular raw materials. The inner heat-seal layer allows direct thermal closing; seal strength and tightness depend on sealing temperature, pressure and dwell time, which can be adjusted to match the filling line.
This SKU is unprinted and offered as a general-purpose format. You can first trial a current pouch size for filling and drop testing, then decide whether to commit to printed artwork. Pouch dimensions and fill volume can be adapted to the filling machine, while film thickness and barrier grade can be selected according to shelf-life requirements. Sampling and MOQ are confirmed by the chosen specification.
